Poster instructions
Posters size can be up to A0 (84 x 118.8 cm), and can be attached to the posterboards in both portrait and landscape format.
You will be able to put up your posters in the poster room on Tuesday morning starting from Tuesday 08:00. There will be support for putting up posters on the Tuesday between 08:00 and 10:00 (before start or during the break). We will specify a poster ID for each poster to indicate where you can put up your poster.
There is an option to use a local print shop. The information is provided below:
Costs:
Printing poster on A0 format, 180 grams paper: EURO 33,88. Payment via PayPal – please use the e-emailadress rotterdam-cz@multicopy.nl for the payment.
Timeline:
Deliver poster in PDF format to the e-mail address below, at least a day before pick-up.
We can offer to pick up printed posters for you. Deliver poster in PDF format to the e-mail address below before: May 27 with reference to our event; “DCLDE2024” and we will pick-up the posters before Monday June 3.
