Social events organized during the conference:

Monday June 3rd – Ice-Breaker event.

The ice-breaking event is a good moment to network and get to know each other.
Start: 19:00, end: 21:00
Location: at the hotel (Nhow Hotel Rotterdam) in the Loft room on the 6th floor.

Wednesday June 5th – Social event – Boat tour with private yacht in Rotterdam

A boat tour though the river ‘De Maas’. Some drinks and snacks are included during the tour. A nice opportunity to get to know each other and to see more of the city Rotterdam from the water.
Start boat tour: 16:00, please be on time (from 15:30 – 16:00 you can arrive at the boat).
End: 18:00
Location for boarding: in front of Wereldmuseum: address: Willemskade 25, 3016 DM Rotterdam).

Thursday June 6th – Conference Dinner & party

We organize a nice BBQ (also vegetarian and vegan options!) and after that a party with DJ.
Start: 18:00
End: 01:00
Location: Eau Lounge, address: Boompjes 750 – 3011 XZ – Rotterdam

Note that all social events are included in the registration fee!
